How often will I receive my boxes?

Boxes are shipped every other month.


When will my box ship?

Subscription boxes will shipped the 4th the month, every other month. 


Can I skip a box?

Absolutely! The content of each box will be your sweet surprise, but we will be announcing the theme with a few hints on our social media. 

Just log-in to your account and change your renewal date. 


When will I be charged for my subscription?

The 11th of your subscription month. You will receive an email on the 10th of every month reminding you that your payment will process the following day. 


Can I cancel at anytime?

If you are subscribed month-to-month (i.e. you are charged every month) you can cancel at any time. If you cancel between the 11th and the last day of the month, you will still receive your next box (and your subscription will not renew after that). If you cancel between the 1st - 10th, you will NOT receive the next box and your subscription  will not renew.  If you have a 4-12 month subscription, you can cancel at any time; you will receive shipments through the end of your term, but your  subscription will not renew. You will not be refunded or prorated your initial subscription fee.


Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do! At the moment, we are only shipping to Canada. There are added shipping costs depending on the subscription box you choose.  Shipping for Medio Box is $25, shipping for Premio Box is $35.


What's in the box?

Each box will have 3+ items. Every box will feature a different Italian theme and  will contain something fun, something yummy and something handcrafted.  Premio boxes will go the extra mile and include something special  additionally.

Lettore packages will each contain one book (recipe, guide, memoir, novel etc) and something extra to feed your wanderlust.

Products in each box are carefully selected. We love them and want you to be just as obsessed.  


Are all products from Italy?

Not every product will be imported from  Italy. We've found some fantastic goodies in our own backyard. The essence of Italy and travel will be a part of each and every item.


Why subscribe?

The Andiamo experience doesn't end when you receive your box. We will be guiding you through each experience with fun videos, cooking lessons and more. Come be a part of our online community and have fun with us as we share our stories, meet the artisans and discover Italy with all of our senses.


What is your return policy?

Andiamo will accept returns of damaged or defective items only, up to 14 days from the date of shipment for replacement or box selection credit.  We do our very best to make sure your box arrives safe and sound, but life happens.

If an item or your box arrives damaged, please send us an email at  info@andiamobox.com.  A photo of the item is needed in order for us to process a claim with the shipping service and will replace/refund  the damaged products immediately.


What if my box is lost or stolen?

All claims for lost/stolen items must be made through USPS  official website. Andiamo is not responsible for lost/stolen packages  or inaccurate addresses entered by the buyer.


Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is added to applicable states only.


Is anything recyclable?

Yes! Our boxes are 100% recyclable and made of 50% post consumer waste. We are conscious of the products we chose and do our best to be as kind to this planet as possible.
